Please complete the Vendor Form below AND remit donation at the same time.  Payment is due at the time of registration.  Regretfully, we cannot HOLD booth space without a payment.  Exhibitor space is first come first served.  To secure your exhibitor booth, please be sure to submit BOTH the vendor form and donation as soon as possible.

To streamline this process for future events, please upload the following based on your business (pictures of documents are acceptable) :

Food Trucks: Certificate of Insurance (COI), valid health department permit, and business license.


Small Businesses: Business License, Sales Tax Permit

Terms and Conditions; Wavier

1. Vendor Obligations

  • Vendor agrees to arrive before 8:00 AM for setup and ready to serve by 8:30 AM. Cleanup must be completed by 11:30 AM, and the event will end at 12:00 PM.

  • Vendor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their designated area and disposing of waste properly.

  • Vendor agrees to comply with all health, safety, and fire regulations applicable to food sales, including having appropriate permits, sales tax permits if applicable.

2. Insurance and Permits

  • Vendor agrees to provide proof of general liability insurance.

  • Vendor agrees to provide all necessary permits and certifications required by local health departments for the sale and preparation of food, if applicable.

3. Assumption of Risk

  • Vendor acknowledges the inherent risks involved with operating at an outdoor event, including but not limited to weather conditions, damage, theft, or loss of property.

  • Vendor assumes full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur to themselves, their employees, or their property during the event.

4. Indemnification

  • Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizer, its employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of the Vendor’s participation in the event, including, but not limited to, any injuries to persons or damage to property caused by the Vendor's operation.

5. Force Majeure

  • The Event Organizer will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, or government restrictions.

6. Refund Policy

  • In the event of cancellation by the Vendor, any fees paid are non-refundable unless specified by the Event Organizer.

  • If the event is canceled by the Event Organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the Vendor.
