DVCC CONNECTS - Laptop Program
DVCC has teamed up with Human - IT to connect our community to laptops. One Chromebook per household.
Qualifying Households include:
-Live in Travis County and one of the following:
1. English is not your first language.
2. Fall below the 125% income MFI
What you get:
-Refurbished Chromebook
-1 year of tech support
-1 year warranty on device
FAQ:
Free Laptop?? Where can I get one? To receive a laptop, please visit our in person events. Laptops will be available on a first come first served basis at each event, if qualifications are met. See calendar for dates.
Do I get to keep the computer? If you meet the qualification above, yes, you will be taking home the computer.
Do I need to check it in every year? No, this laptop is for your home and we will not be expecting it back.
I am having technical difficulties, who can I call for help? You can call the IT team with Human - IT - call or text their staff at 888-391-7249 for help in English or Spanish from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PT. After one year this service will no longer be available.
DVCC is only responsible for distributing the laptops. We will direct you to Human- IT if you call us for IT support.

DVCC Scholarship Awards
Del Valle Community Coalition provides financial assistance to high school seniors who live in the Del Valle area and are interested in attending college or university in any state.
Scholarship applications for 2024 have closed. Winners will be notified via email May 25th.
Adult Class Schedule
As apart of our Homeowner Resilience Program, DVCC has curated classes for adults.
All adult classes are free and everyone is welcome to attend.
Kids are welcomed to attend as well.
